They factor in all the elements that influence coffee flavor: the brew ratio, the grind size, the water temperature… But is fresh coffee the best thing about Caffe Mundi? No, it’s not. It’s the smell of freshly baked croissants and homemade pies when you walk into the place in the morning. And one of the strong points of Caffe Mundi is that it opens at 7:30. In Antwerp, you’ll generally have difficulty drinking a nice cup of coffee in a cozy atmosphere before 8:00.
